10 1/2 oz warm water ( 1 1/4 c.+ 1 T.)
4 T. oil
4 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Add ingredients as to bread maker and use dough cycle. Or add all ingredients but the flour to
food processor and allow the yeast to dissolve. Add flour and knead in the food processor, Let
rise until doubled. This is for a thick crust. roll out on baking sheet and put sauce, cheese and
pizza toppings of your choice on it. Bake 425* 20-25 min. or until golden brown. Very good.
