    1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream cheese
    6 3/4 c. Powdered sugar
    ½ - 1 tsp. Flavoring
    food coloring

    Recipe



    Soften cream cheese at room temperature or in your microwave. Blend in powdered sugar. Divide into parts; flavor and color each part such as peppermint flavor and pink coloring' lemon flavor and yellow coloring; winter green and white. Roll mixture into small balls and flatten with fork. If using mint molds, dip in find granulated sugar and then mold. Yield: about 200 mints.
    Note: these mints should be kept refrigerated.
