Cornbread Chicken Bake

Can use leftover cornbread.
List of Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs. Boneless chicken breast (can used canned
Turkey or leftover chicken or turkey)
6 c. Cubed corn bread
8 bread slices, cubed
1 med. Onion, chopped
2 cans (10-3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup,
Undiluted (can use any cream soup)
1 c. Chicken broth
2 T. Butter or margarine, melted
1 ½ -2 tsp. Sage
1 tsp. Salt
½ -1 tsp. Pepper
Recipe
If using uncooked chicken, place in a large skillet and cover with water; cover and simmer for 12-14 minutes of until juices run clear. Drain and cut into cubes. If using precooked chicken or turkey, just cube and move on to next step.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add chicken. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 8-10 servings.
