    3 c. Uncooked quick oats
    1 T. Grated orange rind (opt.)
    ½ c. Chopped walnuts
    ½ c. Butter
    ½ c. Undiluted evaporated milk
    2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. Bite size marshmallows

    Recipe



    Mix oats, orange ring and walnuts together in a large bowl. Combine butter, milk and brown sugar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture reaches boiling point. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows melt. Pour over oat mixture. Blend well with fork. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Allow to stand until firm.
