    Not the traditional snicerdoodle. Can use w.w. flour.

    List of Ingredients





    1 c. Butter
    3/4 c. Brown sugar
    3/4 c. Sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. Flour
    ½ tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Soda
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 ½ c. Rolled oats, uncooked

    Recipe



    Beat butter until creamy. Add sugars and mix well. Add eggs and beat. Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Mix until well combined. Stir in oatmeal . Form into 1 " balls. Roll in cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 400 for 8 - 10 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
