    1 gallon zucchini, shredded, seeded and peeled
    48 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 ½ c. lemon juice
    3 c. sugar

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Can 20 minutes in hot water bath. Makes 12 pints.
