List of Ingredients
1 qt. onions
1 qt. cucumbers
1 lg. head cauliflower
6 peppers, red and green
1 c. salt
3 qts. water
Dressing:
1 T. dry mustard
1 T. tumeric
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 c. vinegar
5 c. water
Recipe
Slice veggies. Mix salt and 3 qts. water. Pour over veggies. Let stand 24 hours. Heat veggies in same brine (scald veggies) and then drain.
Dressing: mix ingredients together and boil until thick. Pack veggies into pints. Pour dressing over veggies. Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
