    Peach Cobbler

    Source of Recipe

    Mom Hanks

    Recipe Introduction

I got this recipe from Grandma Brazington. It was the only cobbler I ever remember her making.

    List of Ingredients

    9 x 9 inch pan:
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. can or qt. of peaches
    1/2 cube margarine (1/4 c.)

    9 x 13 inch pan:
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
2 lg. cans or 2 qts. peaches
(I only use the juice of one can or qt.)
    1 cube margarine ( 1/2 c.)

    Recipe

Put butter in pan and put in oven to melt. Mix milk, flour, sugar and baking powder. Pour over melted butter. Put Peaches on top of batter. Bake at 350 -30 minutes for 9 x 9 and 45 minutes for 9 x 13.
