Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

List of Ingredients
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 T. half and half
1 T. sugar
1 1/2 c. thawed cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
1 c. cold milk
2 pkgs. (4 0z.) instant vanilla pudding
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
Recipe
Mix cream cheese, half and half, and sugar in a large bowl with wire wisk till smooth. Gently stir in cool whip and spread on bottom of pie crust. Mix milk, and pudding with wire wisk for one mixute, mixture will be very thick. Stir in pumpkin and spices and mix with wire wisk until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
