Chicken Rice Skillet

List of Ingredients
4 Boneless chicken breasts
1 c. long grain rice
2 c. salsa
1 c. water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder (opt)
2 slices cheddar cheese
8 oz. nonfat sour cream
black olives
green onionsRecipe
Cut chicken into bit size pieces and cook.
Add rice, salsa, water, bouillon, tomato sauce, and spices. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. To serve, cut cheese slices into 4 triangles and arrange on top. Sprinkle with olives and green onions. Add a sprig of cilantro and a dollop of sour cream.
Note: I did not use the olives, green onions or cilantro.
