Oriental Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
1 lg head of cabbage ( chopped)
2-4 green onions thinly sliced
2 cups cubed chicken breast cooked
at 350* bake the following until brown. Stir every minute after the first five min.
2 pkg ramen noodles
3 T sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Dressing:
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg of of top ramen seasoning Recipe
Make the dressing and set aside. Toss together the cabbage, onions, and chicken. Right before
you are ready to serve add the toasted crunchy noodle mixture and pour the dressing on top of
all. Toss until coated. This is not good the next day. The cabbage goes soggy. I make all of the
dressing and crunchy mixture and then just use half of each and make enough for a small salad.
Then we don't waste it.
