Funeral Potatoes

List of Ingredients
1 large bag of Frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8oz container of sour cream
1 cup of cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Mix all ingredients together in a 9x13 pan. Cover with foil and Bake
at 400* for 30-45 minutes or until done. You can sprinkle extra cheese
on top of casserole if you like. Or you can crush corn flakes and put
them on top with a few dabs of butter on top of them.
