Birdie's Creamy Horseradish Dip

Joyce made this for Saturday's picnic, and it was a big hit. She served it with very crusty bread. I think it was a loaf of very long skinny french bread that she sliced into small pieces & then we dipped the bread. Monday we went back to the same place & I got a loaf of wonderful crusty bread...I don't remember the name of it. It started with a "C".


8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
8oz Sour Cream
2.25 oz Dried Beef - chopped
1/2 C Green Onions - chopped
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Horseradish

Cream together cheese & sour cream until smooth. Add seasonings & mix, then add the beef & onions. Stir together.


Joyce....read this over & double check I got it right. I was going from the sheet you left here and then from memory as far as the mixing went. I remember we had to mess a couple bowls because Becca couldn't get it creamed smooth enough.
