Blue Cheese Spread

Easy & Elegant Hors d'Oeuvres
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. blue cheese, cumbled
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
Blend cream cheese and blue cheese together until
smooth. Add pecans and olives. Refrigerate until
ready to serve. Spread on crackers.
Yield: 1 3/4 cups
