    1 long loaf French bread

    1/2 cup colby cheese grated

    1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese grated

    Directions: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Have a large baking sheet pan ready.Cut the bread into 4-inch long slices; then cut each section in half lengthwise to form each slice into 2 long, thin pieces. Do this for each 4-inch slice.Combine the two types of cheese loosely in a mixing bowl. Place the bread slices onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle each slice with the cheese mixture. Place the baking sheet into the oven.Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the bread cool for a few minutes before serving.
