SALSA DIP
Here is a dip I really love. In fact I can make a meal of it.
SALSA DIP
List of Ingredients
2 small cans chopped ripe olives
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
2 medium tomatos, peeled, seeded, and chopped
3/4 cup chopped green onions
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
Mix together and marinate the day ahead. Serve with tortilla chips. You may want to wait before adding the tomatoes until the next day as they can make the dip a bit watery.
