    1/3 cup ketchup
    1/3 cup Dijon mustard
    1/3 cup orange marmalade

    It's really good to take a ring of kielbasa, slice it into slices and cook it in this sauce in the oven at 350° F. for 20 minutes. Easiest appetizer I've ever made and really tasty



    BASIC RUB SPICE MIX

    4 Tblsp. paprika
    1-1/2 Tblsp. cayenne
    2 Tblsp. freshly ground black pepper
    3 Tblsp. garlic powder
    3 Tblsp. onion powder
    3 Tblsp. salt
    1-1/2 Tblsp. oregano
    1-1/2 Tblsp. thyme

    Rub this blend on meats before grilling.
