Lemon Shake Up

1/4 to 1/2 c sugar, depending on taste
1/2 lemon
water and ice
Put sugar in 16 oz. glass, squeeze lemon juice into glass, drop in the rest of the lemon, add ice and water to fill and shake, shake shake!

1 handful ice
1/2 large lemon
1/4 cup sugar
Fill a 16 oz insulated cup about 3/4 full of loose ice pieces,Squeeze the lemon juice into the cup, (add lemon wedges or rind, optional. Fill cup to within 3/4 inch from top with water, and lastly add about 1/4 cup of sugar. Place a larger tapered cup over contents cup, and shake back and forth until sugar is mostly dissolved, (blenders or mixers are
cheating!).

LEMON SHAKE UP W SPENDA

I used the recipe at the top but used a whole lemon as I made it in a qt. jar.
....I put my ice in a plastic bag and used a rolling pin to hit the ice with and made it crushed ice....
I MADE IT AND IT WAS WONDERFULWITH THE SPENDA.....I might have cheated a little but I used a little juicer that you twist the lemon on to get the juice out then I used a canning qt. jar with a plastic lid to shake it in and it was great. I used 7 pkg. of spenda and I sat down to drink it when my SIL dropped by so I shared it with her. She wanted the recipe so I guess she liked it. I am going to make another one for lunch today so hubby can taste it....
