This is SO SIMPLE but oh SO GOOD! Kids & visitors that stay overnight always look forward to this as breakfast. Now you do have to plan to make this because of the time it takes to make it & then bake it. You serve it almost right out of the oven.
Monkey Bread
4 cans of cheap buttermilk buiscuts (the ones with 10 in a tube)
sugar & cinnamon
3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C margerine (1 stick)
Grease (with Pam) a bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350.
In a small bow mix some sugar & cinnamon. Now cut each biscuit into 4 & roll each piece in the cinnamon & sugar mixture. Toss them into the pan. Distribute them kind of evenly around the pan. After you've done this to all the dough, melt the brw sugar & margerine in a small pan until bubbly. Pour over the dough. Bake for 30 minutes.
As soon as you remove the cake, place a large dinner plate on top of the cake & flip it over removing the pan. Let cook 5 minutes or so, then call everyone to the table. We then hand everyone a fork & tell them to go to it. Once it's cool enough, everyone just picks at it with their fingers.
