POPOVERS
Source of Recipe
LADYEBUG
This is the recipe I use: (It came with the pan)
1 1/2 C milk
2 large eggs
1 C flour
1 1/2 T butter
2 T sugar
shake of salt
Combine all in blender until smooth. Bake in square pan (sprayed lightly with PAM) for 30 minutes at 425 or bake in popover pans for 20 minutes at 425 and then 30 minutes at 325.
