    Peach Coffee Cake

    1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
    1 can peach pie filling
    ADD 1 CAN OF SLICED PEACHES
    3 eggs (I used 4)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used pecans)

    Topping
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup margarine
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    Combine all cake ingredients stirring til well mixed. (I did not use mixer, just mixed by hand). Pour cake mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan.

    Combine all topping ingredients, mix well with pastry blender. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

    I also add few chopped pecans into topping mixture.
