You can use Muffin pans. When I do that I use the Texas size pan but regular muffin pans will work too.
Plain Popovers
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup flour
pinch salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat oven to 425'F.
Put all ingredients into blender and blend at medium speed just to mix. Scrape down jar and give a quick zip. Don't over blend or the texture will be too dry.
Place about 1/4 teaspoon butter in 6 large muffin pans and place pan in the oven until it's hot and the butter is melted. Quickly pour the batter evenly into the cups and return to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 425'F.; turn to 350'F. for 20 minutes.
The should have doubled in size and be fat and hollow.
