    Pork - Breakfast Patties

    1/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons rubbed sage
    1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
    2 pounds ground pork

    Combine water and seasonings.
    Add the pork and mix well. Use your hands.
    Shape into 4 inch patties.
    Cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
    Can be frozen before or after cooking.
