Six Week Bran Muffins

Mix in a kettle or something larger than a mixing bowl.
1 (15 oz.) box of raisen bran
3 Cup sugar
5 Cup flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
Stir in to above mixture:
4 eggs
1 quart buttrmilk
1 Cup oil
Keep covered in refrigerator. I have been told that it will keep for up to six weeks, but we use ours up much more quickly than that. Do not freeze. Fill muffins pan 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 - 20 min.
