Marshmallow Brownies
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 325F.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Melt butterscotch chips and butter over low heat; remove from heat
and let cool.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Beat eggs, brown sugar and vanilla.
Add butterscotch mixture.
Stir in flour mixture.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies test done with a wooden
toothpick.
Cool and cut.
