    Grandmama’s Orange Supreme Cake
    •1 Box Orange Supreme Cake Mix
    •1 Cup Apricot Nectar*
    •1/4 Cup Oil
    •1/2 Cup Sugar
    •4 Eggs
    Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Mix with electric mixer until thoroughly combined and smooth. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 for one hour. Allow to cool ten minutes in pan and then turn out. Let cool completely. Glaze, if desired.

    Glaze

    (optional)

    •1 Cup confectioner’s sugar
    •2 tablespoons softened butter
    •2-4 tablespoons milk
    •1 teaspoon vanilla
    Cut butter into sugar with a fork. Add vanilla. Add milk, just a little at a time, and stir well until glaze is the consistency of glue. If glaze is too thin, add a little more confectioner’s sugar. Lumps can be stubborn but if you keep stirring it will become smooth. Immediately pour over cake.

    *I couldn’t find apricot nectar so I used mango nectar. If you see Strawberry Banana Nectar, try getting the Strawberry Supreme cake mix for another twist!
