STRAWBERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
3 cups strawberries (cut in pieces)
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-o (3 oz.)
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows (10 oz.)
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 cup strawberry-flavored soda
2 eggs
Grease and flour 9 x 13 cake pan. Spread strawberries evenly in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with dry Jell-o and evenly distribute the marshmallows over all. Prepare cake mix with 1 cup of soda and 2 eggs. Spread over strawberries, Jell-o and marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares. Serve by flipping each piece upside down on to plate. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.

**My changes: I didn't have a white or yellow cake mix, so I used a lemon cake mix and added 1 tsp. of strawberry extract to it. Instead of strawberry-flavored soda, I used Sprite.
