    AMISH OATMEAL PIES

    Oatmeal Pies

    8 eggs

    3 cups light corn syrup

    3 cups of brown sugar

    3 cups of rolled oats

    1 lb. Oleo

    2cups of nut meats

    Melt oleo. Cream sugar, oleo and eggs together/
    Add corn syrupand the rest of the ingredients and mix.
    Pour into 4 unbaked pie shells. Bake in a slow oven until done.
