CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE
3 c unsifted flour 1 1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 c sugar 1 1/2 c mayonnaise
1/3 c cocoa 1 1/2 c cold coffee 2 1/4 t baking powder 1 1/2 t vanilla
Grease 1 (9 x 13 in) layer pans; line bottoms with waxed
paper. Sift together dry ingredients into a large bowl. Stir in
mayonnaise. Gradually stir in cold coffee and vanilla until smooth and
blended. Pour into prepared pans. Bake in 350 degree oven about
30 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Cool. pans.
