Chocolate, coconut,cherry cake,

1 box dark fudge chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cups water
beat two minutes

stir in 1 can cherry pie filling
and 1 cup coconut

bake according to directions..for the cake mix.

icing with

1 can dark choc. frosting
3/4 c peanut butter.

Dark Chocolate Frosting
2 2/3 cups Powdered Sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
6 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon milk -- more if needed
1 teaspoon vanilla


Directions:
Combine powdered sugar and cocoa in bowl. Cream butter with 1/2 cup of the cocoa mixture in another bowl. Alternately add remaining cocoa mixture and milk; beat to spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla. Spread on cooled cake.
