    El Tigre's Dark Chocolate-Cherry-Coconut Cake DARK CHOCOLATE-CHERRY-COCONUT CAKE

    1 box Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge cake mix
    3 eggs
    2/3 cup water
    Mix ingredients and beat two minutes.

    Stir in one can Cherry Pie filling and 1 cup coconut.

    Bake according to package instructions for size of pan used. I used 8-inch layers.

    Frosting:
    1 can Dark Chocolate Frosting (any brand will do)
    3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

    Mix thoroughly and frost cake after it has cooled.
