Fruit-Topped Pizza Cake

Ingredients:
1 package banana or lemon cake mix
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. water
3 large eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 14-inch round deep dish pizza pan. Combine dry cake mix and flour in a large mixing bowl. Add water, eggs and oil; blend well. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack.
Glaze and Toppings�
Ingredients:
1 16-ounce can peach slices in juice
Orange juice (see directions)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
2 medium bananas, sliced
Other fruit can be used if desired
Whipped Cream, if desired
Directions:
Drain peaches, reserving juice in a 1 c. measuring cup. Add enough orange juice to fill to 1 c. line. Place juice in a small to medium size sauce pan and add cornstarch. Cook and stir over medium high heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Cool. Arrange fruit, pizza style, on cake. Spoon glaze over all the fruit. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
