Lemon Angel Dessert
1 angle food cake mix
1 pkg. lemon pie filling
1 small tub of Cool Whip
1 pint of whipping cream
grated lemon rind for garnish
Method:
Prepare cake according to pkg. directions.Cool, remove from pan and break into small pieces.
Prepare lemon pie filling let cool and fold in Cool Whip.
Place cake pieces into a large mixing bowl and add lemon,cool whip mixture, mix altogether.
Throughly washangle food pan and spray with non-stick spray, pack the angle food mixture into the pan,refrigerate overnight..
Unmold and cover with whipping cream and garnish with lemon peel
