Lemon Pillow cake
1 box white cake mix
1 can lemon pie filling
1 can lemon cake frosting
1 tub of cool whip
Mix cake as directed on box and put in baking pan. Spoon lemon pie filling over the batter. Bake as directed. The cake mix will rise over the filling, looks kinda wierd.
Beat together cool whip and can of frosting and frost the COOLED cake with it.
This tastes better if you make it on the same day or the nite before, and with the lemon pie filling and cool whip it has to be refrigerated.
