3/4 C Crisco
2 1/4 C Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 - 1/3 C Ice Water
In a FOOD PROCESSOR, process together the shortening, flour, & salt for several pulses. Then slowly pour in ice water. Blend until dough clings together in a ball.
I have found I get the flakiest crusts when I use the 1/3 c water & the dough is very soft.
