German Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Bundt� Cake�
This is a really simple but delicious and moist cake that I originally found on the side of a German chocolate cake mix box years ago.
Ingredients:
1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 4-ounce package chocolate instant pudding mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. coconut pecan frosting
Directions:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs.� Mix 2 minutes with an electric mixer.� Add chocolate chips and stir in by hand.� Pour into greased and floured Bundt� pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.� Melt coconut pecan frosting in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds and drizzle over cooled cake.� Enjoy!
