    1/4 C butter
    1/2 pound marshmallows
    1/4 Tsp vanilla
    5 C Rice Krispies
    1 C chopped dates

    Recipe


    Cook butter and marshmallows over boiling water until syrupy, stirring frequently. Add vanilla and beat thoroughly. Put Rice Krispies in large greased bowl, Add dates and mix. Pour marshmallow mixture over, stirring briskly. Press into a shallow greased pan. Cut into squares when cool
