My Peanut butter Fudge
I made this morning turned out great.
I have NEVER had this recipe fail on me and I have been making it for over 20 years.
It is so easy, no candy thermometer or anything. And it tastes pretty good as well.
It's already archived but I am posting it here again so it will be easily accessible for y'all!
KELLIE"S PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
4 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 stick butter or oleo
Bring this to a boil and boil for five minutes. Stir while boiling. Remove from heat and add:
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
Stir until marshmallow and peanut butter is melted. Pour into lightly buttered 13x9 pan. Cool and cut into squares.
