    Potato Candy

    Boil 1/2 potato till done.

    Peel and mash,

    adding a pinch of salt,

    1 tsp. vanilla


    enough powdered sugar to
    make a dough.


    Roll out and let cool for a few minutes.


    Spread with peanut butter

    roll up in wax or plastic wrap

    . Chill and slice.


    You can make it with smooth or crunky peamut butter. This is a must at Christmas.
