TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE,
from April Wright in Peoria, AZ.
*Boil a medium size bag of elbow noodles, drain.
*Combine in a deep casserole dish:
2 cans of Golden Mushroom Soup
2 cans (drained) Albacore Tuna (mash it with a fork)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup grated colby and/or montery jack cheese
*Add noodles to the casserole dish and stir. Smooth the top of it with your spoon, then sprinkle more of your cheese on top.
*Bake at 400 degrees for 30min, then on Broil for 5 minutes (to brown/crips the cheese)
