Fresh Baked Zuchinni Casserole
Baked Zuchinni casserole.
Grease your pan or dish you wish to use...you can make this receipe big or little..
Just increase onions and zuchinni, oleo mixture with bread crumbs stays the same..
Preheat oven to 350.
In greased dish or pan, cut up and layer sweet onions, covering bottom of pan......
next cut up Zuchinni (you can slice or cut in small chunks)
Layer Zuchinni on top of onions..
Melt about 1/2 cup oleo or butter....drizzle a little of it over
zuchinni.... leave about 1/4 cup oleo.mix in bread crumbs and parmsean cheese......
about a 1/4 cup each..aprox..
Sprinkle about three handfulls of Mozzerela cheese over top of zuchinni (covering zuchinni).
.then sprinkle over cheese the bread crumb mixture...
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes uncovered..
This is deelicious dish...thought I'd share with all of you..
hope you all like it...my family says its Blue Ribbon dish.
