    If you reached this page looking for a substitute for Kraft Garlic Cheese roll, try this. For every 6-ounce package, substitute 6 ounces of Velveeta and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. Taste and add another 1/8 teaspoon if needed.

    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    BEAT cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder and ground red pepper until well blended. Divide in half. Add roasted red peppers to one half and green onions to
    the other half; mix each half until well blended. Cover. REFRIGERATE 2 to 3 hours for flavors to blend. Roll into into 6-inch logs.

    GARLIC CHEESE BALL 1

    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. pimento cheese
    1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, finely chopped

    Mix all ingredients well and chill until firm enough to form into roll or ball. Roll in chopped nuts.

    GARLIC CHEESE BALL 2

    1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. (8 slices) any mild, white processed cheese, grated
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 sm. onion, grated

    Mix all ingredients and form into 2 balls. Roll each cheese ball in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.

    OLIVE - GARLIC CHEESE BALL
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped olives, green
    1 tsp. juice from olives
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic

    Cream Philly cream cheese with mixer. Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into ball. Refrigerate until firm. Roll in parsley flakes and pecan pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Garlic Cheese Logs
    • 1 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


    1. In a medium bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Form into 2 or 3 logs. Sprinkle each log with paprika. Chill the logs until firm, about 2 hours.
    2. Slice each log into rounds as needed, and serve with crackers.
