Apple Pie Coffee Cake
Ingredients
1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
3 eggs
Mix all up together and then
Pour bater into 9 x 13 glass pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. drizzle over cooled cake.
I used oleo, vanilla, icing sugar and a little milk for the glaze..
