    Friend made these and brought to church. We loved them. Will make some today.

    Blueberry Cookies

    Cream:
    1 C sugar
    1 C brown sugar
    1 C shortening

    Add
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 C coconut
    2 C oatmeal

    Add & stir
    2 C flour
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp salt

    Stir in 1 C blueberries

    Roll in balls. Dip in sugar. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.
