    List of Ingredients

    o 1 1/2 Cup Flour
    o 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
    o 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    o 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
    o 1/2 Cup Shortening
    o 1 Egg
    o 2 Tablespoons Milk
    o 1 Teaspoon Vanilla


    Instructions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    2. Blend by hand

    3. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick if using cookie cutters

    4. Drop Teaspoon size balls onto Un-greased cookie sheet

    5. Bake 6-8 minutes at 400



    Final Comments

    Vanilla frosting is delicious for decorating
