very good stewed tomatoes
about 4 qts of peeled and quartered tomatoes
1big handfull of chopped onions
1big hndful of chopped green pepper
1 big hand ful of chopped celery
1 table spoon of celery seed
2 tablespoons of chipped garlic
1teespoon of black pepper
ABOVE CAN BE DOUBLED TRIPLED
mash tomatoes good with your hands squeese the juice out if not enough to cook without i use some distilled water, cook well untill all veggies are tender , put in jars while boiling hot with a teespoon of salt or if you don't use salt replace with sugar-- these are delicious have made these for 40 plus years as high as 200 quarts in years time--great for anything that calls for tomatoes--
