Apple & Raisin Crisp

Made this yesterday, and it was just so yummy.
TOPPING
1 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup brown sugar - (firmly packed) plus
2 tbl brown sugar - (firmly packed)
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter - (1 1/2 sticks) room temperature
3/4 cup walnuts chopped
FILLING
4 lb pippin or Granny Smith apples peeled, cored,
and sliced
1 1/2 cup golden or brown raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
1 tbl all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Bake in 9 x 13 glass baking dish at 375 for about 55 minutes.
