BLUEBERRY JELL-O DESSERT
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) boxes black cherry Jell-O
1 can blueberry pie filling (21 oz.)
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 cup commercial sour cream
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
Drain pineapple and add enough water to juice to make 2 cups of liquid. Bring this to a boil and dissolve Jell-O in the mixture. Add 1 cup cold water, blueberry pie filling, nuts and pineapple. Pour into a 9x13x2-inch non-reactive pan and let congeal. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and sugar. Spread on top of Jell-O. Chill 8 hours.
