BUTTERSCOTCH SQUARES
1 pkg. of butterscotch chips
1/2 cup of butter
2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
14 oz.can of condensed milk
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 egg
1 tsp.of vanilla
1 cup of chopped pecans
Microwave the chips and butter on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds Add the cracker crumbs,set aside2/3 of a cup Press the remaining mixture in a greased 9x12 pan.
Mix together cream cheese,milk,egg and vanilla mix well
Pour over crust and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs
Bake @ 325 for 35 minutes Store in the fridge.
