    Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

    Amount Ingredient
    -------- -----------------------------
    1 1/2 C (375ml) Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs
    1 lb (450g) Confectioners' Sugar
    1 1/2 C (375ml) Peanut Butter
    1 C (225g) Butter, melted
    1 bag Milk chocolate chips (bag-12 oz or
    338g)

    In a bowl, combine graham crumbs, Confectioners' sugar
    and
    peanut butter and mix well.

    Add in melted butter and mix until well combined.

    Spread mixture into a 9 x 13 inch (22x33cm) pan.

    In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate chips.


    Spread the melted chocolate over peanut butter
    mixture.

    Chill until firm and cut into bars.
